rear rails
Well life was good, we arrived in Arizona; I called Oscar to let him know that we were on the mainland and that he could ship my Charger any time, but that I would appreciate a phone call to let me know when I could expect the car. Well a few days later I get a call from a truck driver who was in New Mexico, he said that he had my car and that I needed to be available tomorrow afternoon for delivery of the car, also he informed me that I needed to have a cashiers check for $1050.00 (remember it was supposed to be $750, this is where things started to go south).

The following day I get another phone call from the driver to let me know he is coming into town and needed directions to my house. After giving him the directions I started prepping myself and everything I needed to help with unloading my Charger, the driver had said he needed help and that we would need some way to get the car off the trailer as it was not in running condition (this I knew), I have a jeep with a winch so that would be no problem. When the driver arrived I helped him get into position to unload the car, then I started to look it over, a sick feeling started creeping in, the more I looked the more sick I felt. Below is what I got, now you have to remember the description in the e-bay ad, as well as the pictures in the ad.

In this first picture you can see a piece of the right rear 1/4 panel laying on the ground, the driver handed that to me and let me know that it came off in transport.

Here's some pictures that show damage they neglected to mention in the ad, also some pictures show what a great job of hiding with their flat black primer and use of low/bad lighting in the e-bay ad pictures.

Now if you look close at the next two pictures you can see where it seems they felt the need to remove the rear arm rests, that of course is just speculation but sure seems odd that where they belong it is darker then the surrounding area.
